Well It's been a whole month since I posted anything here.....
Hai my life been great so far and enjoying my shifts 100%... Haha!
Was on night shift for the last three nights....
First night was okay...... neither busy nor slacking.....
Second night was the best so far..... only ONE case throughout the whole night...... Ended up sleeping the whole night off.....Really could not believe my luck .... I did not even need to sleep when I reach home the next morning....
But did nothing in the end just slacking my hours off in front of the computer, wathcing downloaded animes.....
Last night was quite terrible though...its not exactly busy just that i got a few terrible cases on hand
Well there was this one case whereby the guys face was fractured quite badly and eventhough he has been intubated and sedated, he was still coughing out blood( making a mess of the CT machine) and his body was involuntarily thrashing about.... well i was quite taken aback by the sight cos its more or less my first time handling such tramatic cases alone.....
What more disturbing is that he is younger than I am! Hai pity him!
The surgeon requested for Ct Head and Neck (well my c-spine CT technique was not up to scratch so was pretty stress up what more with a few doctors around the console room)
He even ask for CT face which is easy to do just that the postprocessing takes time....
Well at the end he decided that patient is pretty restless thus wont be able to do the third scan... Yippie! I was literally jumping for joy.....
whenever I see this kind of cases... the back of my mind will wonder if such thing will ever occur to moi!(touch wood though)
Think I rather be off dead then suffer from such trauma!
I got 3 days to slack somemore(well including today)....
Maybe its time to go to gym or for a short swim..... Hmmmm see my mood tomoro morning though!
Guess I will just end up at hope in front of my computer and searching for new anime downloads website....( well i'm still kind of hook with anime.... haha think I've went crazier instead of mellowing down on the anime issue)
Looks like I've yet to grow up! Haha!
My latest craze now is Seed Destiny, Inuyasha and Fruits Basket!
