Ever since I started my FT job since late April this year, I’ve realized that I’ve been spending my money more than usual…… At first, I considered it as a treat to myself since I’ve have not been at the luxurious end the last few years…
Ever since my parents filed for divorce in 1999, life had been like a roller-coaster rides, though there were definitely more downs than ups…
Though my Dad was strict with me from young, he dotes on me more than my other siblings so at times I feel more pampered…… But after the divorce… things took a drastic change…. I had to stop depending on my parents and from then on I somehow developed an independent streak within myself…
Guess the divorce were somehow a blessing in disguise for me….. At times I do wonder how Life would be right now if back then my mum had relented to my dad’s follies!
Guess one thing for sure would be that my ‘A’ level results would have been better and most probably I won’t be in this line of work……
Sometimes it may seem scary on how your decision right now may affect your future down the road…
Well the point is that I’ve recently realize that I’m losing control over my expenditures….
I used to categorize stuff into ‘Needs’ and ‘Wants’ so I will usually prioritize my needs and get them first….
But in these recent months, my list of ‘Wants’ is getting longer and longer and I seem to be unable to differentiate between my needs and wants………
If this goes on, my monthly budget will just keep on bursting and I'm sure I will still be hankering for more…. Guess this is really bad for me and I should try to reverse the situation before it gets out of control……
To my best friends out there…… if you guys see me outside shopping or buying nonsensical [esp. if it’s bloody expensive] stuff…. Just give me a knock on the head to wake me up…. Haha! [But not too hard though, I won’t want to go into concussion]
Life had indeed taken a positive turn and I hope it will just stay this way or even get better…..
PS: Might be going to the Science Centre this Sunday, if my best friend [V] is able to combat the virus in his body! Ganbatte! I’m sure you will get well by tomoro!
Well tried to fix some of the errors I’ve encountered and some sort of fine-tune my calendar script…..
Then finally realise that the calendar script I’ve uploaded works on the archive pages rather than on the main page….. Hmmm don’t think I can change anything abt it so decided to just stick with it!
Anyway the calendar looks good! Haha just that makes me very happy! At least my effort has not been wasted!!!

The website also has HTML scripts to different archives style that can be tried upon!
Anyway this morning, decided to install a new web browser cause my IE6 is giving me lots of problem and was also unable to view my gif images animate on my own blog!!!
Tried Netscape and Moxilla Fox, then realize my blog can’t be seen nicely….lots of errors and seem pretty ugly….ended up very frustrated with myself!
And my gif images are still not animating….
Finally came to the conclusion that somehow the virus that my comp got hit on few months back is still within my system though I’ve done the system recovery around 5 times this year alone!
Well guess just have to live with it and just monitor my system performance for the next few weeks….

Managed to get my calender archive to work!!!!!!
Not really sure what happen though!
Woke up this morning and suddenly had the urge to try the calender archive script again! [Well failed miserably a few time last month so sort of gave up]
Spent 1++ hours trying the HTML script and voala its up!
Well I found a few glitches here and there so still need some time to fine-tune it but on the whole I'm very pleased with myself ...... Maybe a good nite rest will work wonders on people!!!!
Well gotta get ready for work so maybe tonite will try to fine-tune my calender!!!! 
PS: Due to some unforeseen circumstances I'm unable to upload photos of my family gathering!!!! :(
Hmmmm ...... must be wondering abt my title rite!
Well here's the story....
Beginning from the 3rd of October 2005.... I would be posted to another part of the dept... I would be undergoing my training there for around 3 months and within these training period, I cant take any off, leave,OT and the most unbearable part is that I would be on morning shift for at least the first month!!!!
I can't imagine after 3 months of shift work[late mornings, evening and nite shift], I would be back to my student days time[0800-1630].....
God bless me! 
So tonite is my LAST nite shift[god i will miss these enjoyable time].... well guess my next nite would be at least 3 months away...... 
Spent the last few nites reading up on some basics of HTML[so chim]
So as anybody would notice! My blog is now more colourful, ive added some links to some of my fav. anime websites[can just click on the picture and it will link straight to the websites] and also added books I'm currently/just finished reading!
The second task was no mean feat for an HTML idiot like me!
Had to go thru so many steps to achieve the desired effects... Hai!
Anyway found out a new term called direct-linking!
It is illegal to direct link images from any websites other than your own to your blogs /sites....
By doing so.... you are actually stealing bandwidth from the stolen website..... and the site administrators would band you from their site!
After knowing this..... spent most of yst nite unlinking any images that I've unintentionally direct link too! Lucky no action was taken upon me yet!!! 
For the last task.... Ive added a link to the picture so it will link out to a website related to the book[either reviews or official sites]...so just give it a click to know more....
Next task on hand would be to add music to my blog background, though got no idea where to start
Then maybe it would be great if im able to add a calender to my archive[this is not easy at all so might take some time]
Got to go and rest cos there is an annual family gathering tomoro at my Aunt's place....won't be able to rest on my off day so think better sleep now!
