Just finish one day of MR evening shift....
Super duper busy..... And its not very helpful to have Dr T in the evening shift too....
Cham.... today he in evening too....
Somemore GA day so sure very busy.....
Among all my patients yst... there is one worth mentioning....
He came down for an acute stroke scan, thus its considered very urgent.....
Diagnosis is query occipital infarct.....
Patient is very very confused......
Took me nad the S/N around 10-15mins to persuade him to take off his dentures....
He insist that he had done MR before and that he dont need to take out his dentures....
Well after 5mins things does get frustating but somehow he was also quite pitiful and cute....
During the scan ..... he was super restlesss.... moving non-stop and when I scold him he said he was not moving.... Super confuse....
The scan was okay so we release him....
My porter was helping me to bring him down the table.... when we ask him to put on his slippers..... he insisted that my shoes is his.... well we both could'nt help but giggle at him....
The situation was really frustating but still we ended up laughing....
Think if I have 5 of those kinds of patients I will die down there out of fatique.....and also maybe laughter....
Last sat... went to JT place and also xiaoxia.....
Well JT daughter so cute but to bad no time to take any photos....
Dr C send me off to xiaxia place in her Saab....
Haha almost lost our way cos both of us dont know her place very well....
Reached her place super early so ended up helping her out with the BBQ preparations....
Felt a little left out cos dont know any of her friends..... but still the food were great....
Her dada made homemade Yusheng and its the first time I'm trying it....
It was really good..... Think i took 4 helpings...Hehe
Well Chan came too... but at around 7pm she was called back for an urgent Angio case so I hitch a ride with her.....
The next day was suppose to go to Dr H house but was not feeling very well so I decided to give it a miss.....
In a few hours need to go to work.... Sianz.... somemore I'm doing the same shift again next week....the only glimmer of hope that I have is that 2wks from now I will be at Cameron......
CL flying off this Thurs.... hope I'm not too tired and then cant send him off.....
Made apact with him that we will keep in touch by snailmail..... Haha must be fun to have someone to write too.....
Well gonna go get some breakfast so Ja.....
